How to set up PPTP or L2TP on Android
Make sure that your Android is not 2.0.1 . That version has a buggy VPN and will not work.
Navigate to the menu and tap “Settings”
Tap “Wireless and Networks”
Tap “VPN Settings” and click “Add VPN”
You can set the VPN type to either PPTP or L2TP (without IPSEC)
Name the VPN as you wish
For the server, use any of the server names in your subscription confirmation email.
If you are using L2TP, then L2TP secret need not be enabled.
Save the VPN
Tap the VPN name to connect.
It will ask for your username and password. Supply your USAIP VPN username and password and tap Connect.
To disconnect, go back to the VPN menu and tap the name of the VPN you want to disconnect.
