How to set up PPTP or L2TP on iPad (iOS 4.x)
Tap Settings
Go into General and Network.
Tap VPN.
Add a new VPN configuration.
Select either PPTP or L2TP as your VPN type. Fill out the configuration window as follows:
The server name should be one of the server names we sent to you in your subscription confirmation email. The account is your USAIP VPN username. The password is your password. The L2TP secret is usaip . For PPTP configuration no secret is needed.
Go back to the VPN menu and flip the swith to ON to connect.
To disconnect, go back to the VPN menu and turn off the VPN.
